ADMISSIONS Program Horses
Our Lyons Legacy horse training programs are often in need of program horses for students unable to bring their own. Each student utilizes two horses over the course of 6 weeks as they learn the Lyons Legacy method. Sending your horse to participate with a student in the program is a fabulous way to add knowledge and skills to your horse with minimal investment!
To meet student needs, we seek horses anywhere from unbroke to finished – depending on the level of the student and the program they plan to pursue. Daily care for program horses is provided by their respective student along with many hours in the arena working both in hand and under saddle. Program options include John and Josh Lyons Certification Program, Josh Lyons Accreditation Program, L1-Core Skills and Fundamentals Horsemanship Program, and L2-Intermediate Professional Horseman Program.
If you have a horse that needs a short term job or a youngster who needs started under saddle, submit your program horse application today!
